Luxury caravan with private hot tub
Our beautiful caravan sits on a large, spacious corner plot of a quiet cul-de-sac of the park - perfect for the children to play around the van safely with no passing traffic. On arrival to this property you will be welcomed to your very own private parking to park upto 2 cars. This 2020 luxury caravan features a large side decking with your very own private sunken hot tub and an outdoor dinning area, finished with spot lights which really sets the scene for alfresco dining in the sunset and late night dips.
Entering the van you come into the galley kitchen, complete with cooker, grill and hob. A kettle, toaster, undercounted fridge freezer and microwave. We provide everything you could need for a self catering holiday aswell as complementry tea, coffee, sugar and your very own welcome hamper to enjoy.
The caravan boasts of modern, spacious, bright and airey, open plan living. To the left of the kitchen is the living room with a large L shape seating area, entertainment wall with a smart tv and electric fire. Turning back into the kitchen you pass the family dining area.
Towards the back of the caravan are 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have their very own tv's and night lamps.
There is one family bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC with ample storage and a second WC with wash basin.
We also provide private wifi for guest to use ( speeds may vary at times)
1 Double bedroom,
2 Twin rooms with 2 single beds in each and a pull out double sofa bed in the living room.
The living room has ample seating with a large L shape sofa, this also houses your additional sleeping area in the form of a pull out double bed. There is a separate L shape dining area with 2 stools. Complete with a modern electric fire and smart tv.
The galley style kitchen is complete with everything you could need for your self catering stay. We provide all pots, pans, mugs, cups, utensils and cleaning products - if you wish to use them. Full size cooker and grill with gas hob, microwave, kettle toaster and an undercounted fridge freezer.
Master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 night stands and a smart TV.
Twin room 1 has 2 single beds, one night stand and a cupboard for handing clothes. The second Twin room is identical.
The family bathroom houses 1 full size shower, a shelving unit, sink and toilet. Their is a further toilet off the hall way with a sink.
Large gated decking. Sunken, private, daily maintained hot tub and another L shape dining area with 3 stools. Outdoor lighting above the hot tub and spot lights fitted into the decking gives a cosy, romantic feel to the outdoor area.
This fantastic Holiday park in rural Lincolnshire next to RAF Coninsgby - so you may be lucky enough to see and hear some amazing RAF aircraft as the pilots practise. You will find lots to do on and around the site. Here is a list of some of the main things on offer here.

Maximum Parking for 2 cars. Additional parking can be found in the carpark by the main facilities.
Set in the heart of Lincolnshire there is plenty to do around the site. Next door the the site you will find an active air base, with viewing area. The local farm is a great day out for the kids where you can walk goats, feed animals and play to your hearts content on the many outdoor climbing frames. Theres go carting, local bars and restaurants. A beautiful village with small local shops - woodhall spa, just a 10 min drive away. There is also a quirky 100 year old Kinema in the woods if you fancy catching a view there i would highly recommend.
The historic Lincoln City is a short dive away, and Skegness is a 40 min drive away if you fancy a day at the seaside.

What a lovely caravan. Spotlessly clean. Everything here of very high standard. We will be back again and recommend to others. Children cried when we left =( Planes no problem, the geese made more noise, which made us laugh. Hot tub was perfect, many happy hours spent in it. Thank you.

Thank you so much for letting us rent, the most beautiful caravan! The boys said its the best van they have ever stayed in and the best holiday. We spent a lot of the time in the caravan as the boys wanted too! Will deffo be back again. Lovely, clean , beautiful will recommend. Monday we got to see some planes before we left =) Really enjoyed our time.

We had an absolute lovely holiday. The planes were a real treat for our boys. We enjoyed the facilities but spent most of our time in the hot tub. Our boys loved our trip to the lido which was lovely and warm despite the weather. Thank you.
